Abstract | ||||
The research aimed to study some general features that affect managerial abilities among employees in some hotels in Alexandria. Data were collected from a random sample of 225 employees from five hotels in Alexandria by using a questionnaire through personal interview. The data was analyzed statistically using median, standard deviation, percentages, simple correlation coefficient, and multiple regression function. The results showed that there was a statistically positive significant correlation between managerial abilities and number of working years and education level at probability of 0.05. | ||||
