Abstract | ||||
This study aims to evaluate time management policies in the Egyptian hotels and to determine the level of manager's awareness of the concept of time management. This study was applied on a random sample of some Egyptian five-star hotels department managers in Sharm El Sheikh . The collected data was analyzed statistically. The research revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between time management policies deployment in hotels and individual's awareness. The study recommends involving the concept of time management in hotels' training courses to explain its importance. Moreover, hotels' high management should involve the time management concept throughout the four managerial processes (planning – organizing – directing- controlling) into the organization policies | ||||
