Abstract | ||||
This study aimed to shed light on the relationship between work – family conflict and female employees’ job satisfaction. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 175 working women randomly chosen from five star hotels in Alexandria. The results revealed that the relationship between family to work conflict and job satisfaction reached a significant level. Thus, hospitality establishments should adopt some flexible human management practices to reduce work – family conflict and create a supportive working atmosphere for female employees. | ||||
