Abstract | ||||
The aim of this research was to study some factors that affect the degree of satisfaction among employee with hotel service in Alexandria city; Also, to study the relational ties between the degree of satisfaction with hotel service and dependent and independent variables. Data were collected using questionnaire personal interviews with a random sample of 197 employees. To view and discuss the results percentages, simple correlation coefficient, chi square and multiple regressions were used. The results showed a positive significant correlation between the degree of satisfaction with hotel service of employees and each of educational level, age and monthly income at 0.01. Also, the results found that the number of working hours was the most independent variables affecting the degree of satisfaction with hotel service. | ||||
