Abstract | ||||
This thesis aims at activating the role of regional airports in the Egyptian tourism sector and highlighting the importance of regional airports in activating the international tourist traffic to Egyptian destinations. The study investigates the case of Port Said airport through identifying challenges and problems facing the airport. The study also highlights the importance of using strategic management for the development of regional airports and in the civil aviation sector in general. Semi-structured interviews were used with Port Said airport staff. The results show a lack of facilities suggested is a number of recommendations. | ||||
