Abstract | ||||
تؤدى الجامعات دورًا يتميز بالأهمية والخصوصية في دعم اقتصاد المعرفة، لذا کان لزامًا عليها السعي الجاد نحو تلبية متطلباته خاصة فيما يتعلق بتوفير مقومات تنمية الجدارات البشرية الأکاديمية حتى تواکب التطورات والتحولات التي لحقت بأدوارها، وتواجه التغيير السريع في مستويات أداء الأعمال والمهام التي باتت تتطلب جدارات إبداعية تسهم في أداء المهام بکفاءة وفعالية، وبما ينسجم مع متطلبات التحول نحو اقتصاد المعرفة، وانطلاقًا من ذلک يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من مدى توافر مقومات تنمية جدارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بنها في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة بالترکيز على أربعة أبعاد هي: (البيئة الجامعية المحفزة، والتعلم الذاتي، والتدريب المبنى على الجدارة، ومجتمع التعلم الأکاديمي)؛ وذلک من خلال استبانة موجهه لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لإبداء وجهات النظر حول مدى توافر تلک المقومات، وقد تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج تشير في مجملها إلى ضعف مقومات تنمية جدارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الأبعاد الثلاثة الأولى، حيث جاءت بمستويات توافر ضعيفة، أما البعد الرابع فقد جاء بمستويات توافر متوسطة طبقاً لأراء أفراد العينة، لينتهي البحث بوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير مقومات تنمية جدارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بنها في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة. Universities play an important and specific role in supporting the knowledge economy. So it has to work hard to meet its requirements, especially these which are related to providing basics of developing the academic humanities competencies so as to keep the developments and transformations that have taken place in their roles. And also facing rapid change in business performance levels and tasks that require creative innovations which contribute to the performance of tasks efficiently and effectively. Proceeding from this the objectives of the current research are to ascertain the availability of the basics of development competencies for staff members at Benha University in light of the requirements of knowledge economy. The study focuses on four dimensions: (the stimulating university environment, self-learning, competency-based training and the academic learning community). And these achieved through a questionnaire directed to faculty members to express their views on the extent to which these basics have been achieved. Several results have been reached andindicated in its entirety the weakness in the basics of the development of the faculty members competencies in the first three dimensions. But the fourth dimension achieved medium levels according to the views of the sample members. The research ended by introducing a proposed vision for developing the basics of developing staff members competencies at Banha University in Light of knowledge economy requirements. | ||||
