Abstract
استهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى فاعلية الإرشاد والعلاج النفسي القائم على إستراتيجيتي حل المشکلة والاسترخاء في خفض التوتر النفسي العصبي لدى معلمات أطفال التوحد(الذاتويين)، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (20) معلمة؛  ممن لديهن توتر نفسي مرتفع، تم توزيعهن على مجموعتين بالتساوي: مجموعة تجريبية تکونت من (10) معلمات خضعوا لبرنامج تدريبي إرشادي معرفي سلوکي تضمن إستراتيجيتين هما:(الاسترخاء العضلي وحل المشکلات) بواقع (10) جلسات إرشادية، ومجموعة ضابطة تکونت من (10) معلمات لم تتلقى برنامج إرشادي، واستخدم الباحثون مقياس التوتر النفسي، وکشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى فاعلية الإرشاد والعلاج النفسي في خفض مستوى التوتر النفسي العصبي لدى معلمات المجموعة التجريبية التي خضعت للبرنامج الإرشادي.کلمات مفتاحية (التوتر النفسي العصبي، الإرشاد والعلاج النفسي، حل المشکلة، الاسترخاء، أطفال التوحد( الذاتويين).
The study aimed to identifying the effectiveness of counseling and psychotherapy based on strategies to problem of solving and relaxation to reduce psychological nervous tension among Of children autistic Teachers Female, the study sample consisted of (20) Female Teachers; who have a tension psychological high, were distributed into two groups: experimental group consisted of (10)Female Teachers underwent a training program counseling cognitive behavioral ensure strategies are: (muscle relaxation and problem-solving) by (10) Sitting counseling, and a control group consisted of (10)Female Teachers do not receive any counseling program, the researcher used measure of psychological tension, and revealed the results of the study to the effectiveness of counseling and treatment in reducing the level of psychological tension among students in the experimental group that were indicative program.
