Abstract | ||||
This paper examines the relationship between transformational leadership dimensions and employees' job engagement in Cairo five- star hotels. It explores how participants of employees feel toward transformational leader and how this leader helps them to keep vigorous, dedicated, and absorbed at work. The paper concludes by discussing the importance of supervisors spending time teaching, coaching, developing their employees, employees are more likely to dedicate extra effort and are more extra engaged on the job performance which produces world class levels of innovation, enhanced quality of service and results in competitive advantage. | ||||
