Abstract | ||||
The human resources in hotels of different categories, levels and specialties are the real support on which these institutions are based to achieve their goals. The efficiency of individuals in the organization depends not only on preparation, training and development but also on their degree of Affiliation to the organizations in which they work. So the study aimed to identify the degree of job affiliation of Egyptian hotel workers, the degree of motivation for them, and to determine the relationship that links the job affiliation with the motivation. The study found a high level of job affiliation and achievement of motivation in the sample of the study, positive influential relationship between the job affiliation and motivation. The study recommends that hotels management should continuously improve the internal work environment, support and enhance the positive working relations among the workers in the hotel, and consolidation of teamwork culture as a mean of motivation to reach the planned level of its achievement. | ||||
