| Abstract | ||||
| This study actual fact Internet cafes in Shibin Al Kawm, Menoufia, where human and physical infrastructure and how to organize, manage, and features and characteristics of users of Internet cafes in Shibin Al Kawm, and the most important motives and targets use of these cafes, as well as habits of their use, and the most important positive and negative effects of the use of Internet cafes. The study sample has been formed of twenty Internet cafes, sample of beneficiaries amounted to 800 beneficiaries. The study on the audit list as a tool telling owners of cafes to form the background of the nature of the reasoning sample cafes, sample questionnaire and the unacceptability of the beneficiaries of cafes to know their characteristics and attitudes and preferences personal use of Internet cafes in the sample. The most important results of the study more categories of beneficiaries to use Internet cafes are a single, conversation sites and social networking sites more sites to the favorite users of Internet Cafes and Google came on top of the search engines to the favorite users of Internet Cafes, study revealed significant statistical relationship between the beneficiaries of the use of Internet Cafes wmtghyralsn type and accommodation. One of the most important recommended of Internet Cafes license to operate from the competent authorities, and strict penalties for those who used the Internet detriment of others, and blocking the sites that were contrary to religious and moral values.
