Abstract | ||||
A simple and efficient adaptive neurocontroller is suggested and implemented using a programmable logic controller PLC. An experimental setup is realized to study the behavior of this adaptive neurocontroller. A DC drive system is chosen to be the platform of this research. Implementation problems which arise are presented, discussed and the suggested solutions are realized. Two types of motor loading have been studied and for each case, three types of adaptive neurocontroller structures have been examined. The experimental results for each load -which will be presented- illustrate the effectiveness of the suggested adaptive neurocontroller | ||||
