Abstract | ||||
هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح الأسس الفکرية للتنمية المهنية للقيادات الأکاديمية، وتحليل أبرز جهود التنمية المهنية للقيادات الأکاديمية بالجامعات السعودية، مع توضيح أبرز الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة لبرامج التنمية المهنية للقيادات الأکاديمية؛ إضافة إلى توضيح أبرز المقترحات لتطوير برامج التنمية المهنية للقيادات الأکاديمية بالجامعات السعودية في ضوء أبرز الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها: اقتصار الجامعات السعودية في تنميتها المهنية للقيادات الأکاديمية على البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل من خلال عمادات الجودة أو التطوير، بينما في التجارب العالمية المعاصرة تنوعت أساليب التنمية المهنية للقيادات الأکاديمية لتشمل إضافة إلى البرامج التدريبية المختلفة ، إنشاء المراکز البحثية للقيادات، وتعدد اللقاءات العلمية للتعريف بالاتجاهات الحديثة في المجالات القيادية، وإنشاء الشهادات المهنية للقيادة، وتوثيق الصلات بالجمعيات العلمية والمهنية العالمية وغيرها. وقد اقترحت الدراسة إنشاء مرکز متخصص لتدريب وتنمية قدرات القيادات بالجامعة للمجالات المختلفة للتنمية المهنية والعلمية والبحثية وغيرها، وأن يکون للمرکز سياسة ورؤية واضحة لتدريب الأعضاء. The study aimed clarify the intellectual bases of the professional development of academic leaders, and to analyze the most prominent professional development efforts of academic leaders in Saudi universities, as well as clarify the most contemporary global trends of professional development programs for academic leaders; Contemporary World. The study used the descriptive approach, and the study reached several results, the most prominent of which are: Saudi universities are limited in their professional development for academic leaders to training programs and workshops through the deanships of quality or development, while in contemporary international experiences, the professional development methods of academic leaders have varied to include in addition to training programs. The establishment of research centers for leaders, and the multiplicity of scientific meetings to familiarize with the recent trends in the areas of leadership, and the establishment of professional certificates of leadership, and closer links with scientific and professional societies and others. The study proposed the establishment of a specialized center to train and develop the capabilities of university leaders for various fields of professional, scientific, research and other development, and to have a clear policy and vision for the training of members. | ||||
