Abstract | ||||
Further investigation of the dried aerial parts of Crotalaria thebaica (Del.) DC. led to the isolation of two isoflavone aglycons; Biochanin A and Genistein, an isoflavone-O-glucoside; Biochanin A-7-O-β-glucoside, 2 isoflavone C-glycosides identified as 8-C-glucosyl genistein and 6,8-di-C-glucosyl biochanin A and a saponin glycoside identified as robinioside C Me ester . The identification of the isolated compds. was based on chem. and spectral studies. | ||||
