Abstract | ||||
The study aims at throwing light on the importance of moral incentives to the employees' performance. Data were collected by a questionnaire distributed to 25 hotels in south Sinai and the red sea region, besides visits and emails. The result showed no criteria for incentives despite their role in raising the level of performance, reducing turnover and realizing guest satisfaction. Relevant recommendations are given. | ||||
