Abstract:

Research Title:(Hearing Imam Al-Hassan Al-Basri from Imam Ali, between negation and confirmation presentation and criticism).

The scholars differ in the issue of hearing Hassan Al -Basri from

Al-Imam Ali ,with two groups.

This research discussed this issue; and presented the statements of the group who proved it, and the statements of the group who denied, and at the conclusion of the research,

the results reached-as far as my research-; to the confirmation of hearing for many reasons including that:

- Imam Al-Basri was praying behind our prophet companions such as Othman, and Ali - and he was then fourteen years old, and he memorized the Holy Qur’an at this age, so his prayers behind them is evidence that he heard from them,in addition, contemporaneity is sufficient.

-AL- Imam Al-Suyuti carried the statement of negation after the Ali's departure out of Al- Madinah.

- The takhreege of the Imams, such as Al-Tirmizi, for the narration with its true transmission, which confirm that Al -Basri is heard from Al-Imam Ali.

Finally, the narration in this research are only models to prove the origin of the hearing, and I did not mean to expand. .
