Abstract | ||||
Spectrophotometric determination of some pharmaceutical thiols using 2,6-dichloroquinone-4-chlorimide (DQC) at pH 7-8, has been previously reported. Correlation of €max or log €max with third-order valence molecular connectivity indexes of all the investigated compounds was found to be statistically highly significant. Correlation equations were used to predict the molar absorptivity of the interaction products of thiols with DQC. | ||||
