| Abstract | ||||
| The use of weighted fingers as a method of training in basketball lead to increase and improve the proportion of correct shooting , as well as raise the level of dribbling and scrolling , double the strength of fingers, wrist and palm hand in general and help the strength Flexibility and bearing fingers which will improve these skills (4),and that after 3 months of weight training which indicated that the weighted fingers training increased the rate of grip strength about 2.1 kg between the elderly (3) . | ||||
