| This research aims to recognize the job stresses and its relation to the job satisfaction of the youth centers managers in Cairo governorate. The descriptive methodology was used because it is proper to the research nature and the sample included (55) managers of the youth centers with (sports- non-sports) qualification. The researcher has used the scale of the job stress and the scale of the job satisfaction. | ||||
