Abstract | ||||
The researcher conducted this study with the purpose of development of a training program using cross training to maintain the physical level and body weight of the junior wrestlers with the aim to identify the impact of the training program to maintain the physical level and body weight among the individuals of the experimental group.The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design with pre and post measurements on two groups (control and experimental).The research sample was chosen intentionally form the players of Menoufia area team (primary stage) under the 15-year consisting of 20 wrestlers. The proposed training Program had positive impact on the stability and maintain the physical level and body weight among the individuals of the experimental group. | ||||
