A new alkaloid, Oxylopine (II) was isolated from the stem-Park and twigs of Oxandra xylopioides Diels and its structure was proved. In addition, an oxoaporphine alkaloid (Liriodenine) (I) was isolated. The isolated alkaloids were identified by chemical evidence and spectral analysis | ||||
