| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية استخدام العصف الذهني في تنمية المفاهيم والمهارات التدريسية لدى الطالبات المعلمات قبل الخدمة بجامعة حائل وعلاقتها بدافع الإنجاز لديهن لتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: اختبار تحصيلى – بطاقة ملاحظة - دليل معلم باستخدام طريقة العصف الذهنى.وجميعها من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس الدافع للإنجاز إعداد (هبة الله واخرون 2012) وقد تم اختيار عينة مقصودة من طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال بمرحلة البکالوريوس وقدرها (130) طالبة تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية وقوامها (66) طالبة والأخرى ضابطة وقوامها (64) طالبة. وتمثلت مشکلة البحث فى تدنى مستوى المفاهيم والمهارات التدريسية لدى الطالبات المعلمات قبل الخدمة بقسم رياض الاطفال وکذلک الدافع للإنجاز لديهن؛ ولذلک استهدف البحث الحالى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسى التالى: ما فاعلية استخدام العصف الذهني في تنمية المفاهيم والمهارات التدريسية (الکفايات التدريسية) لدى الطالبات المعلمات قبل الخدمة وعلاقتها بدافع الإنجاز لديهن؟ وقد أسفرت النتائج عن الآتى: -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطى درجات طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على اختبار التحصيل للمفاهيم التدريسية على المستويات السته لبلوم (التذکر – الفهم – التطبيق – التحليل – الترکيب – التقويم)"لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطى درجات طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على بطاقة الملاحظة للمهارات التدريسية ککل وعلى المهارات االفرعية للمراحل الاتيه (الاعداد –التنفيذ –التقويم) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطى درجات طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال في المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس الدافع للإنجاز ککل ومستوى الرغبة فى النجاح - الخوف من الفشل) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. The study aims to identify the effectiveness of the use of brainstorming in the development of the concepts and teaching skills of female students teachers before serving at The University of Hail and its relationship to the motivation of their achievement to achieve the goal of the study. The researcher used the following toolsEducational test - Note card - Teacher's Guide Using the brainstorming method, all of which are prepared by the researcher and the measure of motivation for achievement prepared by (Heba Allah and others 2012). A deliberate sample of the kindergarten students in bachelor was selected and their number (130 students ) They were divided into two groups, one experimental (66 students ) and the other control group (64 students ). The results show There is a statistical function difference at (level 0.05) between the average grades of female students of the two groups in the educational test and the note card of teaching skills and the measure of motivation for achievement as a whole and at the level of desire to success and fear of failure And that's for the benefit of the students of the experimental group | ||||
