Abstract | ||||
Architectural projects face many challenges to meet the needs and requirements of all parties involved in the architectural project. The process of controlling project delivery through coordination between the partners is an effective solution for project delivery, so coordination factors are important to ensure the successful implementation of all phases according to planned objectives. The purpose of this study is to determine the parameters of coordination between the participating parties that affect the control of the performance and completion of architectural projects in Egypt. A wide range of literature on coordination was reviewed, which in turn led to the identification of coordination factors. The research concluded that the process of coordination between the participating parties has a significant impact on the completion of architectural projects well. | ||||
