Abstract: The research study deals with how to achieve the mechanisms of integrating the operating systems and the automatic control of buildings in the process of designing office buildings in Egypt. This is done by conducting a theoretical inductive study to know the techniques and technological treatments used in intelligent buildings and to study their capabilities, needs and components, and how these technological systems work along with the study of international standards and protocols for the control and automation systems of intelligent buildings. Then, the research analyzes a case study of multiple models and the monitoring, analysis of the techniques used in these models of smart management buildings globally and locally. Also, the study of the mechanisms of applying them in the administrative buildings in Egypt is considered. Design determinants and the technological requirements that must be met in the building and drawing the standards and design strategy for smart management buildings in Egypt are satisfied. | ||||
