The researcher used the experimental approach to design the two groups (experimental and control). The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the training program for the development of professional competencies among female students teachers of the Department of Special Education at the University of Tabuk, due to the presence of statistically significant differences between the degrees of the control group and the experimental group on the dimensional measurement of the professional competence scale for the benefit of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the experimental group scores on the pre and post measurements to respond to the professional competency scale in favor of the post measurement. | ||||
