Abstract | ||||
The aim of this thesis, is to identify the immediate effect of the proposed natural energy drink after the physical exertion on the muscle glycogen stock compensation speed , and the recovery speed . The researcher used the experimental methodology of a single experimental sample to get more true and stable results. The sample consisted of 6 players of different physical activities. The study was conducted at the institute of 'Vichy for physiotherapy "Alraml station", Alexandria'. The immediate intake of the proposed natural energy drink after the physical exertion had accelerated the glycogen compensation in muscles, decreased the accumulation of lactic acid in the blood, helped on increasing the speed of recovery, and increased the blood glucose. Besides being rich in carbohydrates and free from side effects, the natural energy drink proposed is a lower cost compared to energy drinks traded in the markets of Egypt, one of the most important recommendations that providing and producing the proposed natural energy drink, and the insurance of having the natural energy drink immediately after the physical exertion and providing the proposed natural energy drink for players of all ages and both sexes. | ||||
