Abstract | ||||
The main objective was studying the effect of chitosan nano particles on some performance properties for the medical gauze and specify the best types of nano chitosan material which can be used to improve performance properties and improve inhibition zone bacteria for the medical gauze thick for gram positive bacteria, which included Staphylo coccus aureus – Bacillus aureus – Listeria monocytogenes and gram negative bacteria, which included Escherichia Coli – Acenitobacter SPP – Klebsiella SPP. In This study the medical gauze thick were choices as the following: 100% cotton. Parameters such as: weight per square meter - the water absorption time . Three different concentration of nano chitosan : (2.5- 5-10 ml/ Litre), were used to study the effect of it on the performance properties and improve inhibition zone bacteria for the medical gauze thick under investigation. Research Significance: - Study the possibility of the application of nano chitosan on the medical gauze thick. - the use of Three different concentration of nano chitosan : (2.5- 5-10 ml/ Litre), maintain the properties of the performance of the medical gauze thick and improve inhibition zone bacteria for the medical gauze thick for gram positive bacteria, which included Staphylo coccus aureus – Bacillus aureus – Listeria monocytogenes and gram negative bacteria, which included Escherichia Coli – Acenitobacter SPP – Klebsiella SPP . Research problem: Study the effect of the use of nano chitosan particles on the performance properties for the medical gauze thick to maintain these properties and maintain improve inhibition zone bacteria for the medical gauze thick for gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria. Research hypotheses: there are significant differences between the medical gauze thick and the type of concentration used for nano chitosan on inhibition zone bacteria - there are significant differences between the concentrate of nano chitosan used for the medical gauze thick and performance properties for carpet and rugs. Statistical analysis: Data were statistically analyzed according to testing L.S.D Results and discussion: - Results showed an improve of inhibition zone bacteria for the medical gauze thick for gram postive bacteria, which included Staphylo coccus aureus – Bacillus aureus – Listeria monocytogenes and gram negtive bacteria, which included Escherichia Coli – Acenitobacter SPP – Klebsiella SPP . The best results for the use of 10 ml/ Litre improve the properties of the performance of the medical gauze thick and improve inhibition zone bacteria for the medical gauze thick for gram positive bacteria, which included Staphylo coccus aureus – Bacillus aureus – Listeria monocytogenes and gram negative bacteria, which included Escherichia Coli – Acenitobacter SPP – Klebsiella SPP. | ||||
