Abstract | ||||
Objective: of this study is to evaluate the relationship between ADC map values of MR imaging and local aggressiveness of the prostate Cancer via comparing the ADC values and Gleason score in prostate Cancer. Methodology: this study carried out in Radiology Department of Ain Shams University Hospitals. 21 patients with pathologically proven prostate cancer underwent pelvic MRI examination including diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC). Result: The mean ADC value is inversely related to Gleason Score. | ||||
