Abstract | ||||
Ceramic industries in Egypt are of great importance to what they contribute to the national economy with their various products. Recently, the ceramic tiles industry has become active and become more prevalent and profitable. Investors and business men have opened new factories for the widespread use of ceramics and ceramic tiles due to various social, cultural and economic influences, while the industry has retreated Porcelain, an industry that has a history in Egypt from the foregoing, and some of its factories have become threatened with closure due to many reasons, both internal and external. From the technology used in the porcelain industry, design was presented and analyzed by selecting two of the most famous porcelain tableware factories in Egypt as a model for the current state of the design of tableware in Egypt. Also, opportunities were shown for this industry, the obstacles and problems faced by this industry in Egypt in an attempt by the researcher to present the situation The current and highlighting proposals to get out of this situation for the porcelain industry in Egypt. | ||||
