| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتفعيل محددات الهوية التنظيمية لقسم التربية المقارنة والإدارة التعليمية بکلية التربية جامعة عين شمس في مصر. وتعرف الهوية التنظيمية في هذا البحث بأنها مجموعة من السمات أو الخصائص التي تعبر عن شخصية القسم، وتميزه عن غيره من الأقسام الأخرى المناظرة، وتنقل صورة إيجابية ومتميزة للقسم لدى الأطراف المستفيدة منه. وتم تحديد أربعة محددات للهوية التنظيمية، وهي: القيادة، والثقافة التنظيمية، والتماثل التنظيمي، والتسويق. واتبع البحث المنهج الإثنوجرافي لدراسة واقع الهوية التنظيمية للقسم واستخدم بعض أدواته وهي: الملاحظة المباشرة وبالمشارکة؛ واستطلاع الرأي؛ والمقابلات شخصية،وذلک لتعرف محددات هوية القسم وتفعيلها. وأسفرت الدراسة النظرية والميدانية لواقع الهوية التنظيمية للقسم عن عدد من النتائج ترتبط بمحدداتها الأربعة، کما تم التوصل إلى أربع قواعد حاکمة ترتبط بتلک المحددات، وهي: الحفاظ على سمعة القسم وتحقيق ريادته الأکاديمية؛ والثقافة العائلية الإنسانية؛ والتنشئة التنظيمية ضرورة لتعزيز هوية القسم؛ والتطوير أساس التسويق للقسم. وقدم البحث عددًا من الإجراءات المقترحة التي قد تسهم في تفعيل محددات الهوية التنظيمية للقسم، منها: دعم الأسلوب الديمقراطي التشارکي في إدارة القسم، ودعم الثقافة العائلية الإنسانية السائدة به، وتبني أشکال متعددة للتنشئة التنظيمية للهيئة المعاونة، وتلبية احتياجات الأعضاء من التنمية المهنية وتعزيز شعورهم بالاستقرار الوظيفي، وتطوير البنية التحتية التکنولوجية للقسم واستثمارها في تسويق خدماته وأنشطته وبرامجه. This research aims to reach proposed procedures to activate thedeterminants of the organizational identity of the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University in Egypt. Organizational identity is defined in this research as a set of features or characteristics that express the personality of the Department and distinguishing it from other similar departments, and conveying a positive and distinct image of the department among its beneficiaries. Four determinants of organizational identity have been identified: leadership, organizational culture, organizational identification and marketing. The research depends on the ethnographic method and some of its tools to study the status quo of the department’s organizational identity. The research has concluded some results and presented a number of proposed procedures that may contribute to activating the four determinants of the department’s organizational identity, including: supporting the participatory democratic style in managing the department; supporting the prevailing human family culture; meeting the needs of faculty members and enhancing their sense of stability and job security; and developing the department's technological infrastructure and investing it in marketing its services, activities and programs. | ||||
