Abstract | ||||
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد کل من مواقع انتشار البعوض الناقل لمرض حمى الضنک داخل أحياء مدينة جدة ومدى تباين کثافتها مکانياً وزمانيا من مکان إلى آخر. اعتمدت الدراسة في تحليل بيانات بعوضة الأيديس ايجيبتاي ]الزاعجة المصرية[ على "کثافة کيرنيل" Kernel density کأحد التحليلات الجغرافية داخل بيئة نظم المعلومات الجغرافية. أوضحت النتائج أن البعوض الناقل لمرض حمى الضنک کان حاضراً في العديد من أحياء مدينة جدة خلال جميع أشهر السنة بدرجات خطر متفاوتة، فبرزت أحياء وسط جدة، أو مايسمى بأحياء جدة القديمة، کأکثر المواقع خطورة في جميع اشهر السنة. وفي المقابل سجلت أحياء کل من جنوب وشمال جدة أقل کثافة للبعوض، حيث کانت معدلات الخطورة فيها منخفضة في جميع أشهر السنة. وستسهم نتائج هذه الدراسة وبشکل ملموس في تحسين مستوى وآليات جهود مکافحة هذا البعوض من قبل الجهات المسؤولة عن عمليات المکافحة کالأمانات أو وزارة الصحة والجهات الأخرى ذات العلاقة، للحد من انتشار حمى الضنک في منطقة الدراسة وغيرها من المناطق الأخرى بلا شک، حيث يخرجها من دائرة الحدس والتخمين والارتجالية إلى أرضية علمية صلبة مبنية على أسس متينة. | ||||
