| Abstract | ||||
| وصلت نتائج تقرير التنافسية العالمية (2015-2016) إلى أن الفشل في تبني سياسات إصلاحية هيکلية طويلة الأمد لتعزيز مستوى الإنتاجية وتحرير المواهب الريادية، أثر على قدرة الاقتصاد العالمي فى تحسين مستويات المعيشة، وحل مشکلة ارتفاع مستوى الباحثين عن عمل، وتأمين المرونة اللازمة لمواجهة موجات الرکود الاقتصادي في المستقبل. ويعد التقرير بمثابة عملية تقييم سنوية للعوامل التي تسهم في دفع عجلة الإنتاجية والتنمية في اقتصاديات دول العالم، ويقوم بترتيب الدول تنازليا بخريطة التنافسية العالمية، حيث أکدت نتائج التقريرعلى قوة العلاقة بين الدول التي تتمتع بقدرة تنافسية عالية، والقدرة على الصمود أمام الأزمات الاقتصادية، وفي الوقت نفسه يشير التقرير إلى فشل الأسواق الصاعدة في تحسين قدرتها التنافسية فى إمکانية تعرضها لأزمات مستقبلية ستکون تداعياتها خطيرة على مجتمعاتها کما أکدت نتائج التقرير على وجود علاقة قوية بين القدرة التنافسية والاقتصادية للدول، واحتضان واستقطاب وتعزيز ودعم المواهب الطلابية. وقد استخدم فى البحث المنهج الوصفي للعمل على تحليل الواقع الدراسي بإجراء التحليل الرباعى SWOT للتعرف على نقاط القوة والضعف والتهديدات والفرص التي تواجه القدرة التنافسية لطلاب کليات الفروع بجامعة تبوک ( تيماء-أملج- الوجة – ضباء – حقل ) , وعمل البحث على التوصل إلى استراتيجية مقترحة لزيادة القدرة التنافسية لطلاب کليات الفروع بجامعة تبوک وعناصرها ( مهارات وقدرات الطلاب فى مجال اللغات والحاسب الآلي، مهارات الطلاب البحثية وزيادة مشارکتهم في الفاعليات الوطنية والدولية، برامج وخدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي، برامج الأنشطة الطلابية، فرص القبول النوعي للطلاب ، برامج رعاية الطلاب الموهبين، الکفاءة الداخلية لأنظمة القبول والتسجيل، الفرص الوظيفية للطلاب وتفعيل الشراکة مع قطاعات المجتمع المحلى). The results of the Global Competitiveness Report (2015-2016) found that failure to adopt long-term structural reform policies to boost productivity and release entrepreneurial talent affected the global economy's ability to improve living standards, solve the problem of rising job seekers, Economic future. The report is an annual assessment of the factors contributing to the productivity and development of the economies of the world and ranks the countries in the global competitiveness map. The results of the report confirmed the strength of the relationship between countries that are highly competitive, resilient to economic crises, the report also pointed to the failure of the emerging markets to improve their competitiveness in their vulnerability to future crises, which will have serious repercussions on their societies. The report also confirmed the strong relationship between the economic competitiveness of countries and the consolidation, Hb. The study used the descriptive approach to analyze the reality of the study by conducting a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities facing the competitiveness of the students of the branch schools at Tabuk University (Taima - Amlaj - Al - Wajah - Duba - Haql). The research sought to develop a strategy to increase the competitiveness of the students of the branch schools at Tabuk University and its elements In the field of languages and computer, Research students' skills and increase their participation in national and international events ,Academic guidance programs and services , Student activities programs , Qualitative admission opportunities for students , Sponsorship programs for talented students , Its internal systemsefficiency of admission and registration, Career opportunities for students and activating the partnership with the sectors of the local community. | ||||
