Abstract | ||||
The objective of this study is studying the role of strategic flexibility in light of the Corona Pandemic in achieving sustainable development of kindergarten institutions. The study tools included: the general data form, questionnaire of strategic flexibility in light of the Corona Pandemic, questionnaire of the achieving sustainable development of kindergarten institutions. The research was applied on a sample of (316) from kindergarten workers, In Menoufia governorate. Which selected in Coincidence purpose way. The research followed the analytical descriptive method.The most important result: There was a statistically significant positive correlational relationship at 0.01 between the strategic flexibility in light of the Corona Pandemic and achieving sustainable development of kindergarten institutions. There was a statistically significant effect at 0.001 of the human capital flexibility, followed by marketing flexibility as dimensions of strategic flexibility in achieving sustainable development of kindergarten institutions. Research Recommendations: Directing greater attention to the Foundation's human capital, as it is the most important variable affecting the sustainable development of kindergarten institutions.
