Abstract | ||||
Title of study: Role of transformational leadership in achieving institutional excellence Objectives of study: identify the role of transformational leadership in achieving institutional excellence in human faculties at King Saud University in Riyadh. Methodology of Study: This study adopted the descriptive approach population and Sample of Study: study sample consists of (149) female staff members. The study concluded the following results: 1- There is a transformational leadership with all its fields with high degree in human faculties at King Saud University in Riyadh. 2- There is a strong positive relationship between transformational leadership and its dimensions (ideal impact, motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual considerations), and leadership and human excellence, service excellence. The most important recommendations: Encourage teamwork, leaders should motivate challenge spirit among workers, Leaders should have high leadership skills and competence, it is important to search for and find new ideas to solve problems at work, increase courses that are interested in identifying employees of the concept of excellence and adopt it as a strategy and adopt its strategic objectives with the leadership in colleges which work to respond to the requests of the public who demands the service from those colleges. | ||||
