| Abstract | ||||
| إن رعاية المعوقين وسياسة إدماجهم في المجتمع تعتبر نسقا اجتماعيا، يقوم بدور وظيفي في إعدادهم وتکيفهم ذاتيا، نفسيا واجتماعيا من خلال وسائل مؤسسات وأجهزة لها فعالية تکوينهم وتهيئتهم وتأهلهم من الناحية الجسمية العقلية، النفسية والاجتماعية ليکونوا أعضاء کاملي العضوية في المجتمع، ومن هنا فهدف الدراسة العام يتمثل في الکشف عن رعاية المعوقين وأهداف سياسة إدماجهم الاجتماعي، انطلاقا من محاولة الوقوف على واقع رعاية المعوقين وأهداف سياسة إدماجهم الاجتماعي بالجزائر تعين علينا استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة الميدانية. أما تقنية جمع المعلومات فکانت الملاحظة في شکلها البسيط، وکذا الوثائق التي تم الحصول عليها من مديرية المرکز، وکذا المقابلة الموجهة واستمارة استبيان تم تطبيق الدراسة الميدانية بمرکز الأشخاص المعاقين الموجود في بئر خادم على عينة قدر حجمها بـ 101 متربص کانوا موجودين في المرکز ،وهذا النوع من العينة يطلق عليه العينة العمدية القصدية وبعد تطبيق التقنيات توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية. تعتبر رعاية الأشخاص المعوقين بمختلف أبعادها التي تستهدف مختلف جوانب شخصياتهم البيولوجية ،الصحية، العقلية، النفسية، الاجتماعية والتکوينية المهنية ضرورة لابد منها من أجل الوصول بهم إلى أقصى قدر ممکن من التکييف الذاتي النفسي والاجتماعي ومن الاستقلالية الذاتية، وإن تحصين وضع المعوقين في المجتمع لا يمکن التوصل إليه من خلال الزيادة في عدد المدارس والمؤسسات والمختصين فحسب وإنما بنفس المستوى ،يتطلب ذلک نوع من التغيير في ثقافة المجتمع، وفي مستوى الوعي لدى أفراده حول دور کل واحد ومسؤوليته تجاه هذه الفئة الخاصة في المجتمع في کيفية رعايتها ومعاملتها، لکي تستطيع فيما بعد أن تتکفل نفسها بنفسها The care of persons with disabilities and the policy of integrating them into society is considered a social system, which plays a functional role in preparing and adapting them self, psychologically and socially through means of institutions and devices that have effective training, preparation and qualification from the physical, mental, psychological and social side to be full members of society, hence the goal of the general study It consists in revealing the care of the disabled and the goals of their social inclusion policy, and starting from an attempt to find out the reality of caring for the disabled and the goals of their social inclusion policy in Algeria, we had to use the descriptive approach in the field study. As for the information gathering technique, the observation was in its simple form, as well as the documents obtained from the center’s directorate, as well as the directed interview and a questionnaire. The field study at the Handicapped Center in Birkhadem was applied to a sample that had a size of 101 trainees who were present at the center, and this type From the sample, it is called the intentional intentional sample. After applying the techniques, the study reached the following results. Caring for persons with disabilities in all its dimensions that target the various aspects of their biological, health, mental, psychological, social, and formative occupational personalities is a necessity in order to reach them to the maximum possible level of psychological and social self-conditioning and autonomy. Reaching it through the increase in the number of schools, institutions and specialists only, but at the same level, by requiring that kind of change in the culture of society, and in the level of awareness among its members about the role and responsibility of each one towards this particular group in society in how to care for it and dealings Ha, so that she can later take care of herself. | ||||
