| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث الى اعداد برمجيه للهايبرجرافيك للمبتدئين وذلك للتعرف على تأثيرها على مستوى الأداء المهارى لرفعة الخطف ، قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية ممثلة في مبتدئي رفع الاثقال بنادي الشبان المسلمين ، والذي بلغ عددهم (42) مبتدئ بنسبة مئوية (93.33٪)، وقد قام الباحث باختيار (12) مبتدئ لإجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية عليهم، وبذلك أصبحت عينة البحث الأساسية (30) مبتدئ تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين، المجموعة التجريبية ويستخدم معها تكنولوجيا الهايبر جرافيك وقوامها (15) مبتدئ، والمجموعة الثانية الضابطة ويستخدم معها الطريقة المتبعة (الشرح والنموذج) وقوامها (15) مبتدئ، كما استبعد عدد (3) مبتدئين من مجتمع البحث ومن اهم نتائج البحث ان البرنامج التعليمى له تأثير ايجابى على المستوى المهارى لرفعة الخطف فى رياضة رفع الاثقال ، ومن اهم توصيات البحث أهمية إستخدام برامج تعليمية للرسوم المتحركة والفيديو والصور الثابته فى مراحل التدرج التعليمى لتعليم مهارات رفع الاثقال نظراً لأنها محببه إلى هذه المرحلة السنية وتعمل على زيادة الإنتباه والدافعية للتعليم وتحقق نتائج أفضل للعملية التعليمية . ضرورة أن تتضمن برامج التدريس بكليات التربية الرياضية التدريب على كيفية إستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية فى مجال التعليم والتدريس. The research aims to prepare a hypergraphic software program for beginners to examine its effect on the skill performance level in the clean and jerk lift. The researcher selected a sample using a purposive method, represented by beginner weightlifters at the Muslim Youth Club, totaling 42 beginners, which accounts for 93.33%. Out of this group, 12 beginners were chosen to conduct a pilot study, resulting in a primary research sample of 30 beginners divided into two groups. The experimental group, consisting of 15 beginners, utilized hypergraphic technology, while the control group, also made up of 15 beginners, followed traditional methods (instruction and modeling). Furthermore, 3 beginners were excluded from the research population. Significant findings from the study indicate that the educational program has a positive impact on the skill level in the clean and jerk lift within the weightlifting sport. Key recommendations from the research emphasize the importance of using educational programs incorporating animations, videos, and still images in the progressive stages of learning weightlifting skills, as these are appealing to this age group, enhance attention and motivation for learning, and lead to better educational outcomes. Additionally, it is essential that teaching programs in physical education colleges include training on how to utilize technological innovations in the field of education and teaching. | ||||
