| Abstract | ||||
| يشهد العالم تقدم علمي كبير في مجالات الحياة المختلفة بصفة عامة ومجال التربية الرياضية بصفة خاصة، فلقد تطورت المستويات الرياضية تطورا كبيرا نتيجة للدراسات والبحوث العلمية وتطور الأجهزة العلمية والأدوات المساعدة في مجال التربية الرياضية، هذا ويرى الباحث أن الرشاقة هي إحدى المكونات الهامة في الأنشطة الرياضية وخاصة الرياضات الجماعية وهي أحد عناصر اللياقة البدنية، إذ أنها تعمل على إكساب الفرد التوافق العضلي العصبي والقدرة على الإدراك الحس حركي السليم بالاتجاهات والمسافات والقدرة على الانسياب الحركي. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية التدريب باستخدام تدريبات الرشاقة التفاعلية وعلاقتها ببعض الآداءات الخططية الهجومية لناشئ كرة القدم من خلال التعرف على فاعلية تدريبات الرشاقة التفاعلية على بعض الآداءات الخططية الهجومية لناشئ كرة القدم، والتعرف على نسب التحسن ومدى الاستفادة من تدريبات الرشاقة التفاعلية في تقنين حمل التدريب لناشئ كرة القدم، استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذو القياس القبلى والبعدى لمجموعتين احداهما ضابطة والاخرى تجريبية على عينة قوامها 16 ناشئ من لاعبى كرة القدم تحت 18 سنة ومن اهم النتائج توصل الباحث الى وجود فروق بين القياسات البعدية في المتغيرات المهارية قيد البحث بين المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية، وجود فروق بين القياسات البعدية في الاداءات الخططية الهجومية قيد البحث بين المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي للمجموعة التجريبية، كما اشارت النتائج الى ان إستخدام تدريبات الرشاقة التفاعلية ساهمت في تحسين بعض الاداءات الخططية الهجومية لدي لاعبى كرة القدم تحت 18 سنه . The world is witnessing significant scientific advancements in various fields of life, particularly in the field of physical education. The development of sports levels has greatly improved due to scientific studies, research, and advancements in scientific equipment and supportive tools in physical education. The researcher believes that agility is one of the important components in sports activities, especially in team sports, and is a key element of physical fitness. Agility contributes to enhancing an individual's neuromuscular coordination and the ability to perceive spatial orientation, distances, and fluid movement. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of training using interactive agility exercises and their relationship with certain offensive tactical performances in youth soccer players. It seeks to identify the effectiveness of interactive agility training on specific offensive tactical performances in youth soccer players, as well as to determine the rates of improvement and the benefits of these agility exercises for training load management in this demographic. The researcher employed an experimental method with pre- and post-testing across two groups: one control and one experimental, involving a sample of 16 soccer players under the age of 18. Key findings include significant differences in post-test measurements of the skill variables being examined between the control group and the experimental group, favoring the post-test results of the experimental group. Additionally, there were notable differences in the post-test measurements of offensive tactical performances between the two groups, again favoring the experimental group. The results also indicated that using interactive agility training contributed to an improvement in specific offensive tactical performances among soccer players under 18 years old. | ||||
