| Abstract | ||||
| نموذج الاستجابة للتدخل Response to intervention (RTI) هو أحد النماذج المشهورة لمعالجة تعثر الطلاب الدراسي في الدول الغربية، وبسبب قلة الدراسات العربية حول هذا النموذج هدفت هذه الدراسة، من خلال استخدام منهج البحث النوعي الوصفي، إلى وصف تجربة تطبيقية لإحدى إدارات التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية، والتي تدير 29 مدرسة وتبين ما هي التحديات التي واجهتها وما الخطوات والحلول التي طبقتها، وبيان ما هي الخطوات النهائية التي تم الوصول لها لتطبيق النموذج. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن استيعاب النموذج وتطبيقه وإدارته يواجه تحديات كبيرة ولكن ممكن التغلب عليها وتجاوزها، وأن الجزء الصعب في البداية هي مرحلة التدريب والتهيئة النفسية لتقبل النموذج، ثم المرحلة الأصعب منها هي مرحلة إطلاق النموذج وتنفيذه في أرض الواقع، خلصت الدراسة أيضا أن تطبيق النموذج في بداية الأمر بشكل جزئي (في بعض المدارس أو مع بعض المعلمين) لمعرفة تحدياته وتجاوزها أفضل من تطبيقه بشكل عام، وأن هناك خطوات عشر تم اقترحها يتلخص فيها تطبيق هذا النموذج تم ذكرها في النتائج. The Response to Intervention (RTI) model is one of the well-known models for addressing students' academic difficulties in Western countries. Due to the limited Arabic studies on this model, this study aimed, using a descriptive qualitative research methodology, to describe an applied experience of one educational administration in Saudi Arabia, which supervises 29 schools. The study aimed to identify the challenges faced, the steps taken, and the solutions implemented. It aimed to highlight the final steps reached for model application. It concluded that embracing, implementing, and managing the model face significant challenges, yet overcoming them is possible. The difficult part initially lies in the training and psychological preparation to accept the model. Moreover, the most challenging stage is launching and executing the model in real-life settings. Additionally, the study found that partially implementing the model initially (in some schools or with some teachers) to understand and overcome challenges is better than implementing it overall. Ten proposed steps summarizing the model's application were mentioned in the results. | ||||
