| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص الدراسة: " تعتبر إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية أهم الاستراتيجيات التي تتبناها الإدارة إذا ما أرادت تحقيق أهدافها بفاعلية في ظل التحديات والتغيرات البيئية كالعولمة والتقنية الحديثة, وهى وسيلة إدارية منهجية تقوم على إعادة البناء التنظيمي من جذوره وتعتمد على إعادة هيكلة وتصميم العمليات الإدارية بهدف تحقيق تطوير جوهري وطموح في أداء المؤسسات بما يكفل تحقيق الأهداف بفاعلية وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية من خلال الإدارة الفعالة للمعلومات للانتقال بنجاح من اقتصاد المعلومات إلى اقتصاد الخدمة وذلك باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لزيادة كفاءة وفعالية التعليم والتعلم بها, وتمكن الجامعات ومؤسسات التعليم العالي من تطوير الهياكل التنظيمية التي تمكن من تعليم وتعلم أساليب مبتكرة ". :Abstract Re-engineering administrative processes is considered the most important strategy adopted by management if it wants to achieve its goals effectively in light of environmental challenges and changes such as globalization and modern technology. It is a systematic administrative method based on organizational rebuilding from its roots and depends on restructuring and designing administrative processes with the aim of achieving fundamental and ambitious development in The performance of institutions to ensure effective achievement of goals and achieving competitive advantage through effective information management to successfully move from the information economy to the service economy by using information technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching and learning, and enabling universities and higher education institutions to develop organizational structures that enable innovative teaching and learning methods.
