| Abstract | ||||
| إن تداعيات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية يتطلب تحليلاً شاملاً للتحديات التي واجهها الاقتصاد المصري، وتأثيرها على الاستقرار المالي والنقدي، إضافة إلى الجهود التي تبذلها الحكومة لتخفيف الآثار السلبية وتوفير سبل الحماية الاقتصادية للمواطنين. وأن ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة والنفط عالمياً نتيجة للصراع أثر بشكل مباشر على تكاليف الإنتاج والنقل داخل مصر، مما أدى إلى ارتفاع أسعار العديد من السلع والخدمات محلياً. هذا بدوره تسبب في زيادة معدلات التضخم، وفرض ضغوطًا إضافية على ميزانية الدولة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، انخفضت تحويلات المصريين العاملين في الخارج نتيجة للتحديات الاقتصادية العالمية، مما أسهم في زيادة العجز في الحساب الجاري. ولم تقتصر التداعيات على هذه الجوانب، بل امتدت لتشمل الاستثمارات الأجنبية في مصر، حيث دفعت حالة عدم اليقين الاقتصادي المستثمرين إلى تقليل أنشطتهم، مما شكل تحديًا آخر أمام الحكومة المصرية التي تسعى لجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات لتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي. ومن أجل مواجهة هذه التحديات، بدأت الحكومة بتنفيذ حزمة من الإجراءات الاقتصادية، مثل تنويع مصادر استيراد السلع الأساسية، ودعم القطاعات الأكثر تأثرًا، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الإنتاج المحلي لتقليل الاعتماد على الواردات. وفي ضوء هذه التطورات، بات من الضروري تقييم الآثار بعيدة المدى للحرب على الاقتصاد المصري، ومناقشة استراتيجيات الخروج من الأزمة، لضمان استمرار النمو والاستقرار في السنوات المقبلة. في النهاية، تُظهر تداعيات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على الاقتصاد المصري مدى التأثر العميق للاقتصاديات النامية بالأحداث العالمية، والحاجة إلى بناء أنظمة اقتصادية أكثر مرونة وقدرة على مواجهة الصدمات الخارجية. تبقى الأولوية لمصر في المرحلة المقبلة هي تحقيق التوازن بين الاستقرار الاقتصادي والحفاظ على معدلات نمو معقولة، مع محاولة تخفيف الأعباء عن كاهل المواطنين، وضمان استمرار توافر السلع الأساسية بأسعار مناسبة. Abstract: The repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war require a comprehensive analysis of the challenges faced by the Egyptian economy, their impact on financial and monetary stability, in addition to the efforts made by the government to mitigate the negative effects and provide economic protection for citizens. The rise in global energy and oil prices as a result of the conflict directly affected production and transportation costs within Egypt, leading to higher prices for many goods and services locally. This in turn caused inflation rates to increase and imposed additional pressures on the state budget. In addition, remittances from Egyptians working abroad decreased as a result of global economic challenges, which contributed to increasing the current account deficit. The repercussions were not limited to these aspects, but extended to include foreign investments in Egypt, as the state of economic uncertainty prompted investors to reduce their activities, which posed another challenge to the Egyptian government, which seeks to attract more investments to achieve economic stability. In order to confront these challenges, the government began implementing a package of economic measures, such as diversifying sources of imports of basic commodities, supporting the most affected sectors, in addition to enhancing local production to reduce dependence on imports. In light of these developments, it has become necessary to assess the long-term effects of the war on the Egyptian economy, and discuss strategies to exit the crisis, to ensure continued growth and stability in the coming years. Ultimately, the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the Egyptian economy show the deep impact of developing economies on global events, and the need to build more resilient economic systems that are more capable of facing external shocks. Egypt's priority in the next phase remains to achieve a balance between economic stability and maintaining reasonable growth rates, while trying to ease the burden on citizens, and ensuring the continued availability of basic commodities at reasonable prices. | ||||
