| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التوصل لإجراءات مقترحة لتفعيل مُمكنات ريادة الأعمال الرقمية بالمركز الوطني للابتكار وريادة الأعمال بجامعة المنيا، واقتصر البحث على عدد من المُمكنات التي تساعد في تفعيل ريادة الأعمال الرقمية بالمركز وهي: (القيادة الرقمية، والابتكار الرقمي، والتحول الرقمي، والبنية التحتية الرقمية والتمويل الرقمي، والثقافة الرقمية)، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن ريادة الأعمال الرقمية تعد من أهم ركائز دعم الابتكار الرقمي بالجامعات، ورغم تمتع جامعة المنيا والمركز الوطني للابتكار وريادة الأعمال بالجامعة ببعض مُمكنات التحول لريادة الأعمال الرقمية ولكن يشوبها بعض جوانب الضعف والقصور، ومنها: افتقار القيادات الجامعية إلى بعض المهارات الرقمية اللازمة لتطبيق ريادة الأعمال الرقمية، وضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية اللازمة للتحول الرقمي بالمركز الوطني للابتكار وريادة الأعمال، وضعف الميزانيات المخصصة للتحول الرقمي لتلبية احتياجات المشاريع والمبادرات الريادية والرقمية، وضعف نشر الثقافة الرقمية وقلة الوعي بمفهوم ريادة الأعمال الرقمية وأهميتها في بيئة الأعمال، وقلة البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للعاملين بالمركز الوطني للابتكار وضعف محتواها الفني والتطبيقي والريادي، وقلة الوعي لدى الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بأهمية الابتكار الرقمي وريادة الأعمال الرقمية. The current research aims to reach proposed procedures to activate the digital entrepreneurship enablers at the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Minya University. The research was limited to a number of enablers that help activate digital entrepreneurship at the center, namely: (digital leadership, digital innovation, digital transformation, digital infrastructure, digital financing, and digital culture). The research relied on the descriptive approach, and the research results concluded that digital entrepreneurship is one of the most important pillars of supporting digital innovation in universities. Although Minya University and the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Minya University have some enablers for transformation to digital entrepreneurship, they are also have some aspects of weakness and shortcomings, including: the lack of university leaders of some of the digital skills necessary to apply digital entrepreneurship, weakness of the digital infrastructure necessary for digital transformation at the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, weakness of the budgets allocated for digital transformation to meet the needs of pioneering and digital projects and initiatives, weakness of the dissemination of digital culture and lack of awareness of the concept of digital entrepreneurship despite its importance in the business environment, lack of training programs provided to employees at the National Innovation Center and weakness of its technical, applied and entrepreneurial content, and lack of awareness among students and faculty members of the importance of digital innovation and digital entrepreneurship. | ||||
