| Abstract | ||||
| Both advanced and developing countries are interested in establishing university business incubators, Due to its importance in achieving social and economic development; By supporting entrepreneurs, developing and incubating their creative and pioneering ideas in various fields, and helping them transform them into viable and sustainable businesses that contribute to the development of society; By providing them with integrated services, including training, administrative, advisory and material services. This research aims to achieve a number of objectives, which are as follows: Identifying the intellectual foundations of business incubators in terms of their nature, importance, development, justifications and objectives, identifying the most prominent global models for establishing a model business incubator, identifying the most prominent experiences of leading foreign and Arab universities in organizing and managing university business incubators, identifying the organizational and administrative components necessary for organizing and managing university business incubators in light of analyzing the experiences of some leading international universities, identifying the most important Egyptian efforts made in organizing and managing university business incubators, and developing a proposed organizational model for organizing and managing university business incubators at Alexandria University in light of the experiences of some leading international universities. | ||||
