| Abstract | ||||
| هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد الكفايات الفنية و اقتراح دليل تعليمي إلكتروني لدعم هذه الكفايات لدى الطالبات المعلمات في الطفولة المبكرة ، في ضوء المتطلبات الفنية اللازمة لاستخدامها لتعزيز التعليم الفني القائم على القدرة على الوصول السريع للإدراك والربط في التحضير للأنشطة الفنية والتفكير المنظم ، وذلك من أجل دعم الكفايات الفنية وتنميتها ،وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي التنبؤي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة من طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة المنوفية وعددهم (184) من المستوى الدراسي الثالث والرابع برنامج معلمة رياض الأطفال ومعلمة التربية الخاصة ، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استبانة مدى توافر الكفايات الفنية للطالبة المعلمة في الطفولة المبكرة وبطاقة تقييم الدليل المقترح (إعداد الباحثة ) تم تصميمها على Google form وتطبيقها عن طريق الانترنت ، وأسفرت نتائج البحث على تحديد أنواع الكفايات الفنية اللازمة للطالبة المعلمة ومدى توافرها، واقتراح دليل تعليمي إلكتروني لدعم هذه الكفايات اشتمل على أربع محاور رئيسية تحتوى على معلومات وصور ملونة وفيديوهات تفاعلية تعليمية وأنشطة تربوية فنية متنوعة قابلة للتطبيق لتنمية هذه الكفايات وأوصى البحث بتطوير مهارات الطالبات العملية في استخدام الأدوات الفنية، التقنية وتصميم أنشطة إبداعية مناسبة للأطفال في رياض الأطفال، بتحسين أدوات التفاعل الإلكتروني، مثل تطبيق الواقع الافتراضي، وتحديث المحتوى بشكل دوري لمواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والأساليب في التربية الفنية، مع التركيز على دمج الفنون مع المناهج الدراسية، تشجيع تبادل الخبرات بين المعلمات، توسيع نطاق استخدام الدليل ليشمل مراحل تعليمية أو مجالات فنية أخرى، وإجراء دراسات تقييمية دورية لقياس فعاليته وتحسينه بناءً على الملاحظات البناءة . The current research aimed to identify the technical competencies and propose an electronic educational guide to support these competencies among early childhood teacher students, in light of the technical requirements necessary for their use to enhance technical education based on the ability to quickly access perception and connection in preparing for artistic activities and organized thinking, in order to support and develop technical competencies. The predictive correlational descriptive method was used. The study sample consisted of a group of students from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Menoufia University, totaling 184, from the third and fourth academic levels of the Kindergarten Teacher and Special Education Teacher programs. The study tools included a questionnaire on the availability of technical competencies for the student teacher in early childhood (prepared by the researcher) and an evaluation card for the proposed guide, which was designed on Google Forms and implemented online. The research results identified the types of artistic competencies required for the student-teacher and their availability, and proposed an electronic educational guide to support these competencies. The guide included four main axes containing information, colored images, interactive educational videos, and various applicable artistic educational activities to develop these competencies. The research recommended enhancing the students' practical skills in using artistic tools, technology, and designing creative activities suitable for children in kindergartens. By improving electronic interaction tools, such as virtual reality applications, and periodically updating content to keep up with the latest trends and methods in art education, focusing on integrating arts with curricula, encouraging the exchange of experiences among teachers, expanding the use of the guide to include educational stages or other artistic fields, and conducting periodic evaluative studies to measure its effectiveness and improve it based on constructive feedback. | ||||
