| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث تظهر المساندة الاجتماعية فى جوانب الحياة اليومية للمرأة العاملة , حيث تحديد الاحتياجات فى ظل الظروف الحياتية العادية أو الظروف الضاغطة , والوقوف على إمكانية الحصول على الدعم من الآخرين لسد تلك الاحتياجات. ويمكن للخدمة الاجتماعية أن تسهم فى تمكين المرأة العاملة من خلال بناء قدراتها وتنمية مهاراتها الحياتية لمواجهه ضغوط العمل , ومساعدتها على مواجهة مشكلاتها بنفسها عن طريق تدريبها وتعليمها التعليم المستمر , ومن ثم تستطيع تحسين مستواها المعيشى , ويصبح لديها القدرة على اكتشاف ذاتها وما بداخلها من قدرات ومهارات تصل بها إلى نوعية الحياة التى تريدها . أهداف الدراسة: يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة في " أستخدام المساندة الاجتماعية لتحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للمرأة العاملة في المناطق الصناعية " ويمكن تحقيق الهدف الرئيسي من خلال عدة أهداف فرعية كالتالي: استخدام المساندة الاجتماعية لتوفير الرعاية الصحية استخدام المساندة الاجتماعية لمواجهه ضغوط العمل استخدام المساندة الاجتماعية لحصول المرأة العاملة على حقوقها القانونية . استخدام المساندة الاجتماعية لتحقيق الحماية الذاتية. منهج الدراسة : المنهج المستخدم فى هذه الدراسة هو المنهج شبة التجريبى . رابعا: أدوات الدراسة: مقياس "الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة للمرأة العاملة في المناطق الصناعية" مجالات الدراسة: أ – المجال المكانى: مصنع " قصر الواحات لصناعة وتعبئة التمور " ب-المجال البشري: عينة عمدية من العاملات بالمصنع مكونه من (10 ) عامله. الكلمات المفتاحية: المساندة الاجتماعية ، الحماية الاجتماعية ، المرأة العاملة. Abstract First: The problem of the study: Social support appears in aspects of the daily life of working women, as it identifies needs under normal life circumstances or stressful circumstances, and determines the possibility of obtaining support from others to meet those needs. Social service can contribute to empowering working women by building their capabilities and developing their life skills to face the pressures of work, and helping them to confront their problems on their own by training and teaching them continuing education, and then they can improve their standard of living, and have the ability to discover themselves and the abilities and skills within them. You reach the quality of life you want. Second: Objectives of the study: The main objective of the study is “to use social support to achieve social protection for women working in industrial areas.” The main goal can be achieved through several sub-goals as follows: Using social support to provide health care Using social support to cope with work pressures Using social support for working women to obtain their legal rights. Use social support to achieve self-protection. Third: Study methodology: The method used in this study is the quasi-experimental method. Fourth: Study tools: “Social protection provided to women working in industrial areas” scale Fifth: Fields of study: A - Spatial field: “Qasr Al Wahat Factory for Manufacturing and Packing Dates” B- The human field:- A purposive sample of female workers in the factory, consisting of (10) female workers.
