| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: هذا البحث دراسة لقضية توظيف الحديث النبوي للطعن في الصحابة، وذلك بعد أن يئس الطاعنون في الصحابة من النيل من مكانتهم، والتقليل منها بأدلة باطلة، وادعاءات مكشوفة لا حجة فيها ولا دليل، فعمدوا إلى أحاديث تحكي عن بعض ما وقع فيه الصحابة من هنات، وحوادث، سرعان ما رجعوا عنها، وتابوا إلى الله وأنابوا، واتخذ الطاعنون منها دليلا على شبهاتهم وطعونهم، وقد اختير للدراسة الكاتب الليبرالي (خليل عبد الكريم) وكتابه (مجتمع يثرب - العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة في العهدين المحمدي والخليفي - أنموذجا لهذه الطعون، فدرست الطعون التي وجهت للصحابة من خلال أحاديث الكتاب، وقمت مناقشتها، وبيان قيمتها في ميزان النقد العلمي، ومدى صلاحية الاستدلال بها للطعن في الصحابة، وقد اعتمد البحث على ثلاثة مناهج هي: المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك باستقراء الأحاديث التي وظفها خليل عبد الكريم للطعن في الصحابة، والمنهج التحليلي: وذلك بدراسة الطعون الموجهة للصحابة من خلال الأحاديث موضوع الدراسة، ومناقشتها مناقشة علمية موضوعية، والرد عليها، والمنهج النقدي: وذلك بنقد الروايات التي استدل بها خليل عبدالكريم للطعن في الصحابة ودراستها والحكم عليها، وخلص البحث إلى عدم صحة توظيف هذه الأحاديث للطعن في الصحابة، وبراءتهم من كل ما نسب إليهم زورا وبهتانا. T Abstract This research paper demonstrates the issue of employing the Prophetic Traditions to impugn the companions of the Prophet. This attitude can be understood as a natural outcome of their despair since the attackers failed to undermine the status of the companions of the Prophet or diminish them relying on false evidence and blatant claims that have no proof or evidence. Moreover، those attackers resorted to the Hadiths that narrate some of the mistakes or incidents that the Companions fell into but they quickly returned، repented such deeds and turned back to the right path. However، the attackers took them as evidence for their doubts and attacks. The liberal writer (Khalil Abdul- Karim) and his book (The Society of Yathrib - The Relationship between Men and Women in the Muhammadan and Caliphate Eras) has been chosen for this study as a model for these challenges. The paper examined the attacks directed to the Companions through the Hadiths of the book، highlighting their value in the scale of scientific criticism، and how far they are valid for employment as evidence to attack the Companions. The research paper has relied on three approaches. The inductive approach is used for examining the Hadiths employed by Khalil Abdul- Karim to impugn the companions of the Prophet whereas the analytical approach is utilized to study the criticism directed to the Companions through the Hadiths that are the subject of this study، discussing them in an objective scientific manner، and responding to them. In addition، the critical approach is utilized to criticize the narrations that Khalil Abdul- Karim used as evidence to attack the Companions. The paper has studied those narrations and judged them. The research paper has concluded that it is not correct to employ these hadiths to attack the Companions as they are innocent of everything that was falsely and slanderously attributed to them.
