Abstract | ||||
هدف البحث الحالي تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبيَّة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية من وجهة نظرهم كمدخل لتطوير منظومة التعليم الجامعي، والوقوف على مدى اختلاف تلك الاحتياجات باختلاف متغيرات النوع، والدرجة العلميَّة، وعدد سنوات العمل بالجامعة، والحصول على دورات تدريبيَّة سابقة، كما هدف البحث تقديم بعض المقترحات التي يُمكن أن تسهم في تلبية الاحتياجات التدريبيَّة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية واللازمة لتطوير منظومة التعليم الجامعي. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة الميدانيَّة، واشتملت الاستبانة على أربعة محاور مُعبرة عن الاحتياجات التدريبيَّة اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة قوامها (316) عضو هيئة تدريس بكليات التربية. وتوصَّل البحث في نتائجه إلى موافقة أفراد العينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس على درجة الأهميَّة (الكبيرة) على عبارات المحاور الأربعة المكونة للأداة. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود درجة احتياج تدريبيَّة عالية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جميع مجالات الدراسة، كان أبرزها في مجال التدريس (الاحتياجات التدريسيَّة) وأقلها في مجال البحث العلمي (الاحتياجات البحثيَّة). كما أكَّدت الدراسة أن أكثر المهارات احتياجًا للتدريب من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تمثَّلت في تنمية مهارات التفكير العليا والمهارات الحياتيَّة لدى المتعلمين، وتحليل نتائج الاختبارات والاستفادة منها في تطوير المقرر، وإدارة المحاضرات على المنصَّات التعليميَّة بكفاءة وفاعليَّة، والإشراف على بعض الأنشطة الخدميَّة في المجتمع ونشر الأبحاث العلميَّة في المجلات العلميَّة محليًّا ودوليًّا، وقد بيَّنت الدراسة الميدانيَّة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة بين استجابات أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير الجنس، ومتغير الدرجة العلميَّة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة بين استجابات أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة والالتحاق بالدورات التدريبيَّة من قبل. | ||||
