| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشاد جمعي قائم على العلاج التعبيري في خفض مستوى الألكسثيميا وزيادة تقدير الذات لدى عينة من المراهقات، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي؛ حيث تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من الطالبات المراهقات في مدرسة الشيماء بنت الحارث الأساسية للبنات في لواء قصبة الزرقاء الأولى، وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (24) طالبة مراهقة من طالبات الصفين الثامن والتاسع، تم اختيارهن ممن حصلن على درجات مرتفعة على مقياس الألكسثيميا ودرجات منخفضة على مقياس تقدير الذات. ومن ثم تمّ تقسيمهن لمجموعتين (المجموعة التجريبية 12 طالبة) خضعت للبرنامج العلاجي، و(المجموعة الضابطة 12 طالبة) وبقيت دون تدخل وتحت تأثير المتغيرات الطبيعية أو العادية، وبعد استخدام المعالجات الإحصائية، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05 =α) تعزى إلى المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الألكسثيميا بأبعاده الثلاثة (صعوبة وصف الأحاسيس والانفعالات، صعوبة تحديد الانفعالات وتمييز الأحاسيس الجسدية، التفكير الموجه نحو الخارج) على القياس البعدي وجاءت الفروق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية 0.05) =α) تعزى الى المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس تقدير الذات، وجاءت الفروق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية على مقياسي الدراسة في القياس التتبعي. وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الباحثة بضرورة تضمين البرامج العلاجية الإرشادية القائمة على العلاج التعبيري بجميع فنياته في المدارس، وخاصة لدى فئة المراهقين. The current study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a group counseling program based on expressive therapy in reducing level alexithymia and increasing self-esteem among a sample of adolescent. The study adopted a quasi-experimental approach, with the study Society consisting of adolescent students at Al-Shimaa Bint Al-Harith Elementary School for Girls in the First District of Zarqa. The study sample included (24) adolescent female students from the eighth and ninth grades, who were selected from those who scored high on the alexithymia scale and low on the self-esteem scale. They were then divided into two groups: the experimental group, consisting of 12 students, who underwent the treatment program, and the control group, consisting of 12 students, who remained uninterrupted and under the influence of natural or normal variables. After using statistical treatments, the study reached the following results: The results indicated statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) between the two groups on the Alexithymia in all three dimensions (difficulty describing sensations and emotions, difficulty identifying emotions and distinguishing physical sensations, externally oriented thinking) was measured on the dimensional measurement, and the differences were in favor of the experimental group. Similarly, the results revealed that there were statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the experimental group on the scale, and there were statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the experimental group on the self-esteem scale. The differences were in favour of the experimental group. Moreover, follow-up assessments revealed no statistically significant differences in the scores of the experimental group members on the two study scales. In light of these results, the researcher recommends the inclusion of expressive therapy-based counseling programs in all its techniques in schools, particularly among adolescents. | ||||
