Abstract | ||||
This research aims to identify the availability of institutional excellence and achieve environmental sustainability from the point of view of employees of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, and to determine the type and strength of the relationship between institutional excellence and environmental sustainability. To achieve these goals, the study was based on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population is represented in the workers in the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in its various sectors, and a stratified random sample of employees of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration was selected, and the study found that there is a high degree of availability of dimensions Institutional excellence, and that here as a high degree of availability of the dimensions of environmental sustainability. The results showed that there is a fundamental relationship between the dimensions of institutional excellence, and that there is a fundamental relationship between the dimensions of environmental sustainability. There is also a fundamental relationship between institutional excellence and the achievement of environmental sustainability through administrative (environmental) systems, and the study recommended working to enhance interest in the strengths of institutional excellence and achieving environmental sustainability. | ||||
