| Abstract | ||||
| تعد تقنية البلوكتشين واحدة من أهم التطورات الثورة التكنولوجية الجديدة فى الآونة الاخيرة، حيث يمكن إجراء وتخزين المعاملات على كافة أنواعها من خلال سلسلة وتمر بالعديد من المراحل للتأكد من صحتها، وتعمل وفق نظام مؤمن من الصعوبة اختراقه، كما انها تنطوي على إمكانات كبيرة للابتكار وزيادة الكفاءة لكل من القطاع المالي والقطاعات الأخرى. وحققت تقنية البلوكتشين نمواً كبيراً مما لفت الأنظار اليها، كما قامت العديد من الدول بتبنيها في العديد من القطاعات بهدف الاستفادة من امكانياتها الهائلة عن طريق تطبيقاتها التي تتجدد بشكل دائم، وشرعت بسن القوانين التي تنظم عملها. Blockchain technology has emerged as one of the most significant developments of the recent technological revolution. It enables the execution and storage of all types of transactions through a chain that passes through multiple stages to ensure their validity. The system operates with a high level of security, making it extremely difficult to breach. Moreover, blockchain holds tremendous potential for innovation and increasing efficiency, not only in the financial sector but also across various other industries. The rapid growth of blockchain technology has drawn significant attention worldwide. Many countries have adopted blockchain in several sectors to leverage its vast capabilities through its continuously evolving applications. These countries have also begun enacting regulations to govern its use. | ||||
