| Abstract | ||||
| الملخـص: يُعَدّ اختلاط المصالح بالمفاسد، والأضرار بالمنافع من أبرز التحديات والمشكلات التي تواجه المسلم، وتجعله في حيرة من أمره؛ فلا يدري هل يتقدم لتحصيل المصلحة المرجوة، والمنفعة المأمولة، أم يتأخر دفعا للمفسدة المتوقعة والضرر المَخُوف، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الهدي النبوي في الموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد، وفي العمل على دفع المفاسد، وتجنب الأضرار، والشرور قبل وقوعها، وقد تم استعمال المنهج الاستقرائي في تتبع الأحاديث من صحيحي البخاري ومسلم -í- والمنهج التحليلي في النظر في الأحاديث وفهمها، والمنهج الاستنباطي في استخراج الفوائد، واستنباط الأحكام، وتم الوصول إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها أن دفع المفسدة مقدم على جلب المصلحة، وأن التكلف في العبادة غير محمود، ويؤدي إلى الملل والانقطاع وأنه يجب مراعاة أحوال الناس، وتوقع الأضرار قبل وقوعها، وحفظ الدين وصيانة الدم، والعرض، والعقل، والمال، ويوصي الباحث كل مَن تصدَّر للقيادة وللفتوى والتعليم، والوعظ، والدعوة أن يتعلم فقه الواقع، والموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد، كما يوصي بالبعد عن الغلو والتكلف، وسلوك سبيل التوسط والاعتدال. Abstract: The intermingling of benefits with harms and the confusion between advantages and risks is one of the most prominent challenges faced by Muslims. It often places them in a dilemma, not knowing whether to proceed to attain the expected benefit and reward or to refrain in order to avoid the anticipated harm and danger. This research aims to shed light on the prophetic guidance regarding balancing benefits and harms, and working to prevent harm, avoid risks, and guard against evils before they materialize. The research utilizes an inductive approach to trace hadiths from Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim (may Allah have mercy on them), an analytical approach to examine and understand the hadiths, and a deductive approach to extract benefits and derive rulings. The key findings include: that preventing harm takes precedence over acquiring benefit, that excessive effort in worship is discouraged as it leads to fatigue and discontinuation, and that the circumstances of people must be considered, with proactive measures taken to anticipate harm before it occurs, while preserving religion, life, honor, intellect, and wealth. The researcher recommends that those involved in leadership, fatwa, teaching, preaching, and da’wah (invitation to Islam) should study the fiqh of reality and the balance between benefits and harms. Furthermore, the researcher advises avoiding extremism and unnecessary rigor, and following the path of moderation and balance. | ||||
