| Abstract | ||||
| القى الباحث الضوء على موضوعين لهما أهمية كبيرة فى الوقت الحاضر والمستقبل وهما الازمات وادارة المعرفة حيث هدف البحث الى محاوله وضع نموذج مقترح لإدارة الأزمات بالاتحاد المصري للمصارعة فى ضوء ادارة المعرفة ، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى، استخدم الباحث الاستبيان كأداه لجمع البيانات، إشتمل مجتمع البحث العاملين بالاتحاد المصرى للمصارعة والمتمثل في"أعضاء مجلس إدارة أفرع الاتحاد، أعضاء لجان الاتحاد المختلفة، مديري أفرع الاتحاد(مالي- تنفيذي)، أدارى الأفرع والاتحاد والحكام والمدربين وذلك للعام 2023م/2024م والبالغ عددهم( 723) فرد، حيث قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي والبالغ قوامها(208) فرداً وبنسبة مئوية قدرها(28.76%)، وجاءت أهم النتائج التوصل الى وضع نموذج مقترح لإدارة الأزمات بالاتحاد المصري للمصارعة فى ضوء ادارة المعرفة . " A Proposed Model for Crisis Management in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in Light of Knowledge Management" The researcher shed light on two topics of great importance at present and in the future: crises and knowledge management. The research aimed to develop a proposed model for crisis management in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in light of knowledge management. The researcher used the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The research community included employees of the Egyptian Wrestling Federation, represented by "members of the board of directors of the federation's branches, members of the various federation committees, directors of the federation's branches (financial and executive), branch and federation administrators, referees, and coaches for the year 2023/2024 AD, totaling (723) individuals. The researcher selected the primary research sample using a stratified random method from the original community, consisting of (208) individuals, representing a percentage of (28.76%). The most important results were: Developing a proposed model for crisis management at the Egyptian Wrestling Federation in light of knowledge management. | ||||
